Your profile

Your page shows what you put on it: your name or practice name, profession, city and the contact details you choose to show. You control it from your dashboard. Only the result of our check is public (the Verified mark and the date it runs to), never the documents.

Your identity and licence documents

To verify you we ask for a photo or scan of your ID and, for licensed professions, your licence. These files are private: only you and our verification team can open them, and they are never shown on your page or in the directory. We use them only to make and review the check.

Accounts

When you sign up we keep your email address, a hashed password and the details you enter. We use them to run your account and site, and to email you about it, such as when a check needs renewing. We do not sell them.

Visitors

You can browse professionals without an account. If you send feedback or a report, we keep the message and the page it was sent from.
